The hotel is in a great location practically in the Prudential centre. The rooms are big and sparkling clean. Great bathroom with very good products. . Friendly and helpful staff. Very good service at restaurant during breakfast.

Doors too heavy and therefore loud.I could hear them slamming when my neighbors were closing their doors.Also, the cleaning service. When I am paying $600 a night for a room, I sure do not want to hear them clanging dishes and slamming doors in the hallway.

Liked our stay in this hotel. All in all everything was good, had a good stay for one night at the end of our New England fall road trip. We had deluxe queen room with a view. The fact that Back Bay subway station was some 10 minutes away was a plus.

Room was quiet. Breakfast in our room was on time and absolutely delicious. Perfect egg whites omelettes. V good coffee. My husband loved the steam room in the spa.

The hotel is conveniently located near almost everything in downtown, right next to the Prudential shopping area. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it a great location for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with comfortable beds ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The hotel also offers a delicious restaurant with outstanding food and drinks.
The only downside is that the spa was not visited during the stay, so unable to comment on its quality.
